Enable Remote Access:
Control Panel > System > Remote setting > Remote tab > Select Users > Add > Enter the object names > Click Check Names > Finish
Disable Clipboard:
Search: gpedit.msc
Navigate to: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Hosts > Device and Resource Redirection > Do not allow clipboard redirection > Finish
Create User:
Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage Other Accounts > Add a user account > Add user and password > Finish
